There are many reasons why you might feel stuck at work. Maybe it’s those golden handcuffs, maybe your job is no longer challenging, or maybe something just feels off. Or do you work so much that you’ve forgotten to enjoy life? Can you afford to leave? Ultimately, what is all this work for?
I’ve been there. I understand the fear of the unknown and taking that next step. You have inherent brilliance and direction inside. Together, we will uncover your unique strengths, talents, and values, breaking through the barriers holding you back. We will create the clarity you crave and the confidence you need to take the next steps.
In addition to career coaching, I specialize in executive resume and cover letter writing for high-achieving professionals looking to reposition themselves or pivot into an entirely new industry. I love helping my clients tell their stories in a way that highlights their accomplishments and unique value, empowering them to secure the roles they aspire to.

Early in my career, I made a pivot from social services in New York City government to the trading floor of Goldman Sachs. People asked me, “How did you make that change?” At the heart of it, I believed it was possible.
That’s not to say it was easy, or that change happened overnight. I made a long series of small steps—and missteps. I faced lots of rejection. I wrestled with feelings of self-doubt, uncertainty, and fear. But I adapted and persisted, and eventually I found an open door.
Since then, I've navigated many more pivots, each time encountering similar challenges in different forms. Somewhere along the way, I learned how the right strategy, structure, and support can make all the difference in reaching your goals. I came to appreciate the life-changing magic of this process. If you, too, want to take bold steps and uncover new possibilities, I would be honored to support you in bringing your vision to life.

Love this perspective on the neuroscience behind good coaching. The idea that a question can literally rewire how we think about our career is pretty wild when you consider it. I've notcied in my own transitions that the moment someone asks the right question, it's like a mental door opens that wasnt there before. What makes this approach stand out is the focus on creating space for people to disover their own answers rather than just handing them a playbook.
